They did it again! New York Police Department, is under fire after civil complaints from all across the country pour in demanding legal explanation on spying over a Muslim community.

The complaint comes after an internal memo became public recommending [Spying?] increased surveillance of the city’s Shia community.

Top police officials insist the police only follow-up legitimate leads.

The memo, part of a 2006 report, recommended expanding the NYPD’s spying operation on Shia mosques and Muslim centres. It was addressed to Police Commissioner Ray Kelly.

On Thursday, Mr Kelly called the memo a “contingency plan” in case of military conflict between the US and Iran, although no such language is used in the document.

The report was made public by the Associated Press as part of a series of reports on the NYPD’s response to terrorism.

The police commissioner is already under fire for appearing in the “The Third Jihad”, a controversial movie about Muslims.

Letter to Attorney General

In their letter, addressed to Attorney General Eric Schneiderman, thirty-three groups said that the memo further uncovered “a disturbing picture about the NYPD’s institutional approach” to the Muslim community that “erodes the public’s trust and confidence”.

“The need to hold the NYPD accountable for its flagrant use of discriminatory policing practices has never been more glaring and urgent,” the letter says.

Mr Schneiderman’s office did not offer comment on the letter.

Mosque president Asad Sadiq of Bait-ul-Qaim in New Jersey, one of the institutions listed in the NYPD memo, said the department’s policy was noticeably different than that of the FBI, which has occasional meetings with him to discuss security issues.

Mr Sadiq said the NYPD would be more than welcome in his mosque if they came in announced, like the FBI does.

“Just because we are the same religion doesn’t mean we’re going to stand up and harm the United States,” he told the Associated Press. “It’s really absurd.”

About 100 people are feared trapped inside a ferry that sank in rough weather off Papua New Guinea, a rescue official said on Friday, a day after the crowded boat went down with about 350 people on board.

Rescuers plucked 238 people from the sea off PNG’s northeast coast after the MV Rabaul Queen was hit by three large waves and quickly sank, Rony Naigu, a rescue official from Papua New Guinea’s maritime safety authority, said on Friday.

While a definitive passenger list was not available, rescuers believed 352 people were on board the ferry when it sank and about 100 people were thought to have been trapped inside, Naigu told Reuters by telephone.

Naigu, who spent Thursday at the scene, said survivors told how the ferry rolled and sank in deep water after it was hit by the waves in stormy conditions.

Scores of passengers survived by clinging to debris before being picked up by at least six merchant vessels that diverted to the scene after being alerted by Australian maritime safety authorities.

“We found a number of (opened liferaft) capsules with no people in them,” Naigu said.

As rescuers resumed their search on Friday, relatives of those missing vented their anger over a lack of information from authorities, Australian media reported.

Survivors had been taken to Lae on PNG’s north coast early on Friday, said Nurur Rahman, acting chief of Papua New Guinea’s maritime authority.

“As you would expect people who have been in the water for such a long time have a bit of dehydration, and they are very tired,” Rahman told Reuters by telephone.

No bodies had been recovered on Thursday before nightfall halted the search, he added.

Police in West New Britain said relatives angry at the lack of information about their family members on the ship threw stones at the offices of the ferry operators, Rabaul Shipping, Australian Broadcasting Corporation Radio reported.

“There were a lot of people crying and then they wanted to know the fate of their loved ones, the people actually who were on board the Rabaul ship,” Inspector Samson Siguyaru said.

Also, even though the elite will have their safe havens and specialist shelters, they must be just as careful during the war as the ordinary civilians, because their shelters can still be compromised.”

After pausing for a few minutes to collect his thoughts, Mr Kissinger, carried on: “We told the military that we would have to take over seven Middle Eastern countries for their resources and they have nearly completed their job. We all know what I think of the military, but I have to say they have obeyed orders superfluously this time. It is just that last stepping stone, i.e. Iran which will really tip the balance. How long can China and Russia stand by and watch America clean up? The great Russian bear and Chinese sickle will be roused from their slumber and this is when Israel will have to fight with all its might and weapons to kill as many Arabs as it can. Hopefully if all goes well, half the Middle East will be Israeli. Our young have been trained well for the last decade or so on combat console games, it was interesting to see the new Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 game, which mirrors exactly what is to come in the near future with its predictive programming. Our young, in the US and West, are prepared because they have been programmed to be good soldiers, cannon fodder, and when they will be ordered to go out into the streets and fight those crazy Chins and Russkies, they will obey their orders. Out of the ashes we shall build a new society, there will only be one superpower left, and that one will be the global government that wins. Don’t forget, the United States, has the best weapons, we have stuff that no other nation has, and we will introduce those weapons to the world when the time is right.”

British PM Cameron said, he will go anything in his power to make India change their decision on buying France Dassault Aviation over Eurofighter.

Earlier this week, India preferred bidder France made Rafale fighter over Eurofighter for a $15 billion war plane contract which if penned will give India a massive 126 war planes.

Speaking out against the deal, British PM Cameron said, “Of course I will do everything I can, as I have already, to encourage the Indians to look at Typhoon (Eurofighter) because I think it is such a good aircraft”

“The decision is obviously disappointing but it is about who the Indians have assessed as making the lowest bid and therefore asked to enter into further negotiations. They have not yet awarded the contract,” he added.

He said he did not expect any job losses in Britain as a result of the decision and said “it doesn’t rule out Typhoon for India.”

“We must go on making the case. This (Eurofighter) is a superb aircraft with far better capabilities than Rafale and we will try and encourage the Indians to take that view,” he added.

Talks between France and India over the fighter jet sale should be wrapped up within six to nine months, French government spokeswoman Valerie Pecresse said on Wednesday.

Oh My! This is interesting! Very very interesting! India has agreed to buy Iranian Oil  with gold instead of  Dollars as per latest reports.

Earlier last century, American Dollars became a world trademark currency, because of Oil rich countries selling their  Oil for Dollars defying gold.

Now, Iran has taken the initiative to sell the Oil for Gold and guess who penned the deal first. India!!!

Not Just India, Beijing is around the corner for the same deal and Russia is next door to pen the deal.

Man, this is exciting, Asian Countries use 40 percent of Iranian oil whereas Europe use 20 percent.

Seems like EU ban sanction on Iran will not work out and it  will be a very tough time for Europe to sustain its Oil supply.

A 9 year old girl named Calysta Cordova, is now a child icon for millions of kids worldwide thanks to her heroic confrontation with the bad-guy (kidnapper).

Man, if you do something like the girl did, you should get an honor of Bravery reward.

Calysta’s Kidnap

Calysta was kidnapped late Thursday evening by a 29-year-old suspect Jose Garcia. According to cops, she might have been abducted during her walk home.

“My baby girl always walks through my door at 3:21 p.m. I noticed something was wrong, when she was nine minutes late…I called everyone, I panicked,” said Steven Ryno, Calysta’s stepfather.

“We must find her, that was the main thing that was kicking through our head. It is getting late, it is getting dark, it is getting cold, and I know my baby is hungry,” said Ryno, recounting the incident.

Calysta’s Bravery

The Guy kidnapped the child in a car and was off when the car broke down. He asks lift from a passerby and  request him to drop to a store named Circle K convenience, police said. There, Calysta ran into the store and asked for a phone, saying she wanted to call her uncle. Instead, she called 911.

When asked how she found the strength to do what she did, Calysta said in an exclusive interview with “Good Morning America,” that she “got my fight from Daddy.”

Calysta said her father taught her “to stand up for myself.”

“She had two black eyes, bruises on her cheek,” witness Efrin Villapondo told KMGH. “She was in bad shape. The bruise on her face was enormous.”

When Garcia entered the store, Calysta defiantly refused to go anywhere with him, yelling, “I’m not going anywhere with you. I’m waiting for my mom,” according to police.

“She looked at me, pointed into my eyes and just said, ‘I ain’t going nowhere. I’m waiting right here for my momma. I looked at the guy, he looked at me, into my eyes, spun around and just high-tailed it out of there,” said Efrin Villapando, a witness.

Garcia took off on foot before police arrived. Calysta was transported to Memorial Hospital to be treated for her injuries.

“Thank God. Thank you for everybody who watched, who kept an eye out for my daughter and brought her home,” Cordova said, crying. “Thank you for your kindness, for putting yourselves in our shoes and bringing my daughter home.”

European Union have decided to stop signing new contract on Oil purchase from Iran and have agreed to ban all Oil imports from Iran starting July.

In their Statement, The EU foreign policy chief, Catherine Ashton, said on Friday that European countries remained open to diplomacy, even as sanctions were being imposed.

She said world powers had yet to receive a reply to an offer made to Iran in October to hold new talks.

Currently, Asian countries are the largest importer of Iranian Oil consuming 20 percent of the total Oil from Iran.

Iran Right To Self Defense

No offense, but i could not believe how low EU and US can dip to make a possible war on Iran.

Firstly, As US, Europe, China, Russia, India, Pakistan, Iran too has a right to develop Nuclear for their safety and internal matters.

Initially, US  developed Nuclear to bomb Japan in the second world war. Its only aim was to destroy and not for peace.

So when Iran looks forward to develop Nuclear for peace, US and EU is uncomfortable  with that! Lol.

I believe, if Iran had not taken an Initiative to self defense,  US would have attacked Iran way long back as they did with Iraq, Afghan with the name of War on Terror.

Uncle Sam and Europe should really come to age when it comes to convincing world powers on some false thing.
