The creator of Spider-Man has been sued for $750 million and is facing legal action from share holders of a company over film and book profits.

Marvel, the company behind The Incredible Hulk and The X-Men, is also accused of violating copyright, which the company says was transferred to it in 1998.

Marvel has said the legal papers, which were filed in New York, are filled with “ridiculous claims”.

In 2005, Lee won a case with Marvel over profits earned on his creations.

The company whose shareholders are taking legal action against Lee is Stan Lee Media Inc, which he founded in the 1990s, but went bankrupt in 2001.

Today Western Digital announced the release of its new 2TB Green Hard Disk. Green means Eco-friendly hard disks. If you still own 1TB or 1.5TB hard disk and think its not enough its time for a massive upgrade. These new hard disks come with a 32MB Cache and a four platter design. Each platter at the size of 500GB each and arreal density is up to 400GB/inch². This hard disk is already available at selected distributors. The retail model is WD20EADS, you can get it from NewEgg for $299.

The Green hard disk series from Western Digital are supposed to a bit less performing disks but gives you lower operating temperatures and quieter decibel levels. I personally own a 640GB Green, I have to admit that I can see no visible drop in performance compared to other hard disks from WD. But yes benchmarks prove me wrong.

2TB? Do you really need that much space ? unless of course if you store a lot of porn. Otherwise I don’t think 2TB hard disks find any conventional use for homes. I myself am struggling to fill up my 640GB Hard disk.

Doom's Day

This might seems crazy. But there are 100s of sites in the internet today regarding the theories of doomsday and that it is on December 21st 2012. Hey thats 3 days just before Christmas, not fair at all. Anyways, it all seems to have started after some guys found out that the Mayan calender ends on that precise date. The Mayan calender is centuries old and is supposed to be one of the most accurate calender in the world as it can predict exactly the solar and the lunar eclipse. But thats not all, there are more theories into this, some seems even stupid.

Maybe this is just the insane desire of human begins to watch and enjoy the event of a destruction.

There is also a dedicated site in the internet supporting this theory. Check out December212012. They also got a fancy countdown timer and lots of fancy t-shirts. Looks like they are looking forward for the end of the world. Whats with ads on the website, for a bunching of people looking forward to die why do they even care about making money ?

Well, according to me the only real way the world will come to an end is if us humans decided to destroy it. Check out Endofworld that guy seems to have a good sense of humor.;)
