Perry Moore, executive producer of the epic ‘Chronicles of Narnia’ movie trilogy, was found dead Thursday morning in his bathroom, after what New York’s Daily News calls an apparent overdose.

According to sources, Moore, 39, was found by his partner, Hunter Hill (the two wrote and directed 2008′s ‘Lake City,’ starring Sissy Spacek and Rebecca Romijn) inside the home they shared in Manhattan’s Soho neighborhood.

Foul play has been reportedly ruled out, and the cause of death is already being attributed by some to an OxyContin overdose. But the NYPD will not yet confirm that, and the medical examiner has told the Hollywood Reporter that after an inconclusive autopsy, more tests were needed.

Moore’s father, who says he spoke to his son the night before he died, reacted to the devastating news.

“We’re in shock,” said Bill Moore, 69. “He was in a great, great mood. No one was expecting this….We’re so sad….He’s been able to reach out and touch a lot of people.”

Perry Moore, a native of Richmond, Va., was not only a Hollywood power-player, but the award-winning author of ‘Hero,’ a novel about a closeted gay superhero. He had recently informed insiders that a fourth ‘Narnia’ movie was in the works (the most recent sequel, ‘The Voyage of the Dawn Treader,’ starring Liam Neeson, opened in December 2010). Based on C.S. Lewis’ beloved ‘Chronicles of Narnia’ novels, the film franchise has already grossed more than $1.5 billion internationally.

The Connecticut police have found a women frozen in her driveway. The temperatures in Connecticut were close to zero.

This news is really sad. But this Connecticut women apparently fell in her driveway  of a North Haven home and did not manage to get-up. She froze to death.

Police said the woman, who was identified as Denise O’Hara, was found Sunday morning.

A neighbor contacted police.

Police think it appears that the 50-year-old O’Hara had fallen Saturday night, was apparently unable to make it to safety and froze to death.

The official cause of death has not been determined.

An autopsy is scheduled for Monday.

The body of Jenni-Lyn Watson, a college student who was missing since November 19th, was believed to be found near Clay Central Park in North Syracuse, according to the Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office.

Watson’s, 20, on-again-off-again boyfriend Steven Pieper, 21, was charged Saturday with second-degree murder, said District Attorney William Fitzpatrick.

“Our indication is Ms. Watson desired this relationship to end in early October … Apparently that message didn’t get through to Mr. Pieper,” Fitzpatrick said.

The theory according to authorities is that the dance major was killed in her home on the morning of her disappearance and her body was dumped in a wooded area a few miles away.

Watson was seen last at her family’s home where she was visited for Thanksgiving break from Mercyhurst College in Erie, Pennsylvania. The sheriff’s department said in a statement that Pieper allegedly was at Watson’s home on the morning of her disappearance and is believed to be the last one to have seen her.

An autopsy will be performed on Sunday.

Julien Hug, a 35-year-old former contestant on ‘The Bachelorette,’ was reportedly found dead along a scenic Southern California highway, according to his father.

KGTV in San Diego reports that Julien Hug’s father, Bertrand Hug, confirmed the body was found Wednesday. Hug was a contestant on Jillian Harris’ season in 2009.

Riverside County authorities wouldn’t confirm the identity or whether they suspected foul play. An autopsy is scheduled for Thursday.

Sheriff’s Sgt. Joe Borja says a body was found in the remote Pinyon Pines area off State Route 74. Sheriff’s Deputy Melissa Nieburger told the press that the body was found in an area that “you would need to hike into.”

The county is home to the Joshua Tree National Park and the Coachella Valley National Wildlife Refuge.

A missing person’s report was reportedly filed for Hug on Monday, who was last seen leaving San Diego for Palm Desert, where his parents own a restaurant.

Looks like the investigators and the DEA’s attention has now turned to Michael Jackson’s personal doctor, Dr. Conrad Murray. This has happened after the first phase of autospy results of Michael Jackson’s body were avaiable. The autospy reports confirmed that Michael Jackson did die of drug overdose. Based on the autopsy reports the LAPD has registered Michael Jackson’s death as murder and began investigating into how he was murdered.

Today with a search warrant indicating that Michael Jackson’s death is being investigated as a manslaughter, a team of Los Angeles Police Department detectives and federal drug agents swooped into the Houston medical clinic operated by the pop star’s personal physician Wednesday and seized documents and computer files.

The warrant signed by a Harris County District Court judge and executed on the offices of Dr. Conrad Murray was the strongest indication yet that authorities are considering serious criminal charges in the performer’s sudden death June 25.

“The search warrant authorized law enforcement to search for and seize items, including documents, they believed constituted evidence of the offense of manslaughter,” said the doctor’s lawyer, Edward Chernoff, in a statement.

USC law professor Jean Rosenbluth, a former federal prosecutor, said the reference to manslaughter in the search warrant provides some insight into detectives’ interpretation of the evidence but ultimately may be irrelevant.

“You get a search warrant because you are investigating the possible commission of a crime, but all of this is just at the investigatory stage. All the time there are investigations where no one is charged with a crime in the end,” she said.

She said that when the deceased is a global icon, “they are not going to leave any stones unturned.”

“With the whole world watching they would want every ‘t’ crossed and every ‘I’ dotted,” she said.

Tribute To Michael Jackson

This is it! I am getting sick of all the bad news surrounding the King of Pop Michael Jackson’s death. After reading and posting about the leaked autopsy reports, I came across pictures of Michael Jackson taken just the day before he died, during his rehearsals. He seems in perfact shape, he is not skeletal as described in the ‘leaked’ reports. Today morning when I opened up my newspaper the front page flashed with Michael Jackson’s news that Deborah Jeanne Rowe Michael Jackson’s second wife has revealed to the media that Michael Jackson’s did not father Prince and Paris.

Shocked, I began scramble the internet to find the source. The news paper just mentioned it as it was reported by DailyMail. But I couldn’t find such an article in DailyMail. Finally I found a blog that had posted about it and also provided a link to the DailyMail, but on clicking the link I was redirected to ‘article not found’ error page. I went back to the blog to continue reading and at the bottom they mentioned that the article was removed from DailyMail and that Deborah Rowe hasn’t spoken to any reporter except some guy, sorry but I don’t remember his name and he confirmed that she didn’t mention anything like that.

I just couldn’t belive what has happening within minutes this news would have already flooded the internet. Just because of the DailyMail’s selfish reasons to make some cash they tarnished the image of Micheal Jackson.

Thats it! I am through with all this, I am going to remember Michael Jackson just the way I want to. I don’t care what the media ‘thinks’ he is.

Too bad we don’t have Jackson right now to clear things up for us.
