The legendary Mike Starr famous for Alice in Chains bassist was found dead in Utah.

Mike Starr, aged 44, was a well known rock band player. Mysteriously he left the band in 1992 and never appeared again for it. Even at the death of his fellow band singer Layne Staley, on 2002, he did not reappeared!

When he reappeared in 2010 reality show Celebrity Rehab, a VH1 reality show, it indicated that he was addicted to drug and he couldn’t leave it.

TMZ who was the first to broke Mike Starr’s death, added, “Mike Starr was arrested just last month for felony possession of a controlled substance. He was found with six Xanax and six painkiller pills at the time of his arrest.”

His death is definitely a shocker for his fans.Also, Starr’s father expressed he is shock by this tragedy.

David Hasselhoff becomes the first star to get eliminated in “Dancing with the stars”. He said goodbye to his fellow celebrities on Dancing With The Stars last night.

David Hasselhoff was best known for his role as L.A. County Lifeguard Mitch Buchannon in the Baywatch series.

Both his daughters Hayley and Taylor Ann where present to cheer him. They said he was suffering from a bad knees and it was great that he could just complete the rehearsal process and made it through a whole week.

But his determination wasn’t enough to keep him dancing with partner Kym Johnson. After their cha cha on Monday night, the duo earned just 15 points.

He ended up under the spotlight of elimination, alongside actor Kyle Massey – and was then named as the first celebrity to leave the show on Tuesday night.

Twitter has altered its  Terms of Services and Privacy policy after getting a series of complaints from the user.

Twitter, a social networking website, that is almost used  by whole of the people leaving in various part of the earth has a famous and powerful people into it.  Right from US President Obama to the Hottest and smartest celebrities followed by the People who browse online use  the Twitter service.

Though how much popular it be, Twitter has indeed  been a long victim for Copyright Infringement and  Hackers heaven.  I still remember how   i was unable to login into twitter for many hours , 3 months ago and later twitter posted that it has been attacked by hackers making them to Shut down the website for maintenance for  1 day.

And now, Twitter has  made its  rules stronger and clearer.

1 .   Twitter Basic Terms  says to user that,

“Post the content in  Twitter  on your Own risk , which is to say  the user that is posting a  article in twitter might face copyright violation”

This statement  by Twitter clears the air  on the risk of  posting an Content in twitter.

2. Twitter Password:

Here  twitter strongly says to the user to make a best case of  password with the combination of upper, lower, alpha numeric.

The problem is, a user cant remember such a password. This is the real fact

3.Content on the Services

Twitter clearly  informs the user  on the issue that  Twitter will not be able to monitor and control the content that a user post.  Twitter  openly admits that  the content  posted  here can be risked for copyright and the user  should post any content on Twitter on his own interest.

4 :The Services are Available “AS-IS”

Now this is the most  important message from Twitter.  Twitter in their terms of conditions clearly states

Taylor Swift the biggest selling artist of 2008 in USA. She has a combined sales of over 4 Million Albums. Tylor Swift says she has always loved “sparkly things,” now who doesn’t ? Well but her love for them seems to always get her into trouble on Independence Day when she was a child. (Did she steal ‘sparkly things’?, lol hope not)

Well guess what, she made this confession today on Independence Day(July 4th). Thats really nice of her to share a few of her childhood memories with her fans on the exact date they have happened.

So what exactly did she do ? She wrote in Myspace Celebrity Blog, “I was always that little kid who would run around picking up used sparklers off the ground and I would inevitably pick up the SCALDING HOT BURNING end that was still smoldering, Then cue the screaming bloody murder in front of everyone and running into the house to ice your hand.”

Though it sound painful, it must have been really funny . Taylor Swift who is 19 years old now also reacalls watching the adults “shaking their heads because they saw you do the same thing last year.”

She also said,”Gotta love humiliating childhood memories, Wish me luck this year. I think I’m gonna wear gloves.
