Just one week after a former hooker alleged she had several trysts with David Beckham, the soccer star is again at the center of affair rumors.

The difference this time, however, is the woman in question is denying the accusation.

Shery Shabani, a reported friend of Beckham and wife Victoria, is divorcing her husband who has accused her of cheating with the Brit, according to court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com.

The documents filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court last month reportedly detail Kambiz Joseph Shabani’s belief that his wife and Becks had an affair.

Shery is quoted in the docs as saying, “He (Joseph) has accused me of having extra-marital affairs, most often with David Beckham (which is untrue).”

She even accuses her husband, whom she now has a restraining order against, of telling their children about the supposed affair and shouting to her in front of them, “I know why you’re upset, it’s your birthday and you didn’t get a text message from David Beckham!”

The records further allege Joseph tried to hit Beckham’s car in May, outside of their children’s school, and the athlete’s “car had almost crashed as a result.”

Shery continues to deny the affair allegations, telling Radar that her husband’s claims are “absolutely not true.”

“David Beckham is a nice guy, there is no relationship, nothing,” she said. “This has nothing to do with David, this is my husband’s craziness.”

For his part, Beckham’s rep told E! News, “As with another recent story, this is another tale full of fantasy.”

He added his client is “focused on the important game against Chivas this Sunday.”

Last week Beckham sued In Touch Weekly after the magazine alleged in a cover story that he slept with former “high class call girl” Irma Nici on multiple occasions.

Previously we reported that Lindsay Lohan was granted bail but was yet to apply for it. Well she has now applied for it and is out of jail!

Lindsay Lohan Out of Jail

Lindsay Lohan Released from Jail

Lohan posted $30,000 bail and was released according to a Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department spokesperson.

As we previously stated she has been ordered to wear the SCRAM Bracelet to monitor her drug usage. Her next court hearing is on October 22nd. Wonder if she can survive till then, hmmmm…

The last time Lindsay was ordered to wear the same SCRAM bracelet, it went off during an after party for the MTV Movie Awards. She claimed someone spilled alcohol on it.

She was released from the rehab less then the month back. Looks like rehab is not working for her.

Hope she can stay out of trouble till October 22nd. *fingers-crossed*

Michael Jackson Death Investigation Complete

Posted by Tommy On January - 8 - 2010ADD COMMENTS

TMZ just posted this news….

The LAPD investigation into Michael Jackson‘s death has been completed and the case will go to the D.A. within weeks, law enforcement sources tell TMZ … and, we’re told, it’s all but certain Dr. Conrad Murray will be criminally charged in MJ’s death.

Our sources say detectives completed their investigation late last month and the case will be formally presented to the Los Angeles County District Attorney as soon as scheduling allows. Turns out … the presentation will draw quite the crowd. A number of members of the LAPD and the D.A.’s office will be present, and finding a date when everyone can show is a little tricky … but we’re told it will happen in a matter of weeks.

One very informed source says the LAPD investigation was “exhaustive” and “extremely thorough” and the D.A. has enough evidence to pull the trigger on a criminal case against Dr. Murray. That said, we’re told the case is complicated, in part because Dr. Murray did not break any laws in administering Propofol to Jackson.

One law enforcement source connected with the case notes the D.A. has been actively working with the LAPD and it’s all but certain the case will be filed. As for the charge — a decision has not been made, but our sources say the likelihood is involuntary manslaughter, which requires a showing of gross negligence.
