The legendary Mike Starr famous for Alice in Chains bassist was found dead in Utah.

Mike Starr, aged 44, was a well known rock band player. Mysteriously he left the band in 1992 and never appeared again for it. Even at the death of his fellow band singer Layne Staley, on 2002, he did not reappeared!

When he reappeared in 2010 reality show Celebrity Rehab, a VH1 reality show, it indicated that he was addicted to drug and he couldn’t leave it.

TMZ who was the first to broke Mike Starr’s death, added, “Mike Starr was arrested just last month for felony possession of a controlled substance. He was found with six Xanax and six painkiller pills at the time of his arrest.”

His death is definitely a shocker for his fans.Also, Starr’s father expressed he is shock by this tragedy.

Touched by an angel star is now with angels.

He was Touched By an Angel. Now he’s among them. John Dye, who starred as the Angel of Death in the long-running CBS show, passed away Monday at the age of the 47.

But what took the actor’s life at such a young age?

According to medical examiners, while no cause of death has yet been declared, they believe heart failure was to blame.

One of Dye’s younger brothers, Jerre, told his local newspaper that John suffered a heart attack at his San Francisco home, and that the family had waited to make the death public until they figured out memorial plans.

Relatives also told authorities that Dye suffered from congestive heart failure, meaning his heart was unable to pump enough blood to the rest of his body. The condition often causes organ damage and fluid buildup.

Former costar Valerie Bertinelli was one of the first to publicly pay tribute to the late actor.

“Dear, sweet John Dye, rest in peace,” she tweeted earlier this week.

In addition to portraying the Angel of Death from 1994 through all nine seasons of Touched By an Angel, Dye also appeared in The Young and the Restless and Murder, She Wrote.

Dye’s family said that a public memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. on Jan. 22, at the St. Andrew’s United Methodist Church in Amory, Miss., the town where John was born and where his parents still reside. In lieu of flowers, they’re asking fans to donate to the Amory Food Pantry, a local food bank, or the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation.

The question of  air safety  is becoming a huge factor of concerns these days. The public have right to feel insecure of what is going on with the Airport department! I feel much anger on seeing the air accidents these days. Why don’t they adopt a  safety procedure?

The accidents involving Plane Crash is growing rapid high then compared to other accidents involving train.

The UPS plane crash is the latest candidate to the plane crash incident. Though the cause of the accident is not known, it is sad to quote both the pilots died on the blast.

UPS plane was a cargo ship that was on its way to Germany before ending up in a crash in the middle of the desert of Dubai.

An eyewitness Omanakuttan told Emirates 24|7 “I could see a ball of fire and smoke in the desert area on the Al Ain Road. I was heading towards Dubai from the Global Village. The entire area was on fire.”

General Civil Aviation Authority have confirmed the crash adding that bodies of the pilots have been recovered.

An official at Dubai International airport said the crew had reported fire on board and was attempting to turn around to the airport when the plane went down.

A sudden death of a veteran Harold Dow who worked for CBS News has left everyone in Shock.

Even CBS news were left in a mystery on Harold Dow’s death.

“CBS News is deeply saddened by this sudden loss,” said Sean McManus, president of CBS News and Sports. “The CBS News family has lost one of its oldest and most talented members, whose absence will be felt by many and whose on-air presence and reporting skills touched nearly all of our broadcasts. We extend our deepest condolences to his wife Kathy and their children Joelle, Danica and David.”

People who worked with Harold Dow recalled his life, tagging him the best ever human they have ever met with.

“Insatiably curious, he was happiest when he was on the road deep into a story,” Susan Zirinsky, executive producer of “48 Hours Mystery,” said in a statement. “It was his humanity, which was felt by everyone he encountered, even in his toughest interviews, that truly defined the greatness of his work. He was the most selfless man I have known”.

He contributed 40 years of his life for the welfare of  public and he excellence of work will be always remembered. His story on 48 hour report, september 9/11 twin towers attack will always be echoed in our ears.

This passion of Harold Dow helped him to get 5 Emmy awards which he thoroughly deserved.

A young talent is no more. Lance Cade, who worked for WWE from 2003 to 2008 has passed away. He was only 29 years of age.

Robert D. Novak, 1931-2009

Robert Novak a very famous influential columnist died today at the age of 78. He was diagnosed with brain tumor last year. Really sad to see him go. He used to be a great panelist. We sure will miss him.

Mr. Novak’s “Inside Report” syndicated column, shared for 30 years with the late Rowland Evans, was important reading for anyone who wanted to know what was happening in Washington. Mr. Novak and Evans broke stories about presidential politics, fiscal policy and intra-party feuds. Their journalism, which reported leaks from the highest sources of government, often had embarrassing consequences for politicians.

In recent years, Mr. Novak was best known for publicly identifying CIA operative Valerie Plame. His July 14, 2003, column was printed days after Plame’s husband, former U.S. ambassador Joseph C. Wilson IV, publicly claimed that the Bush White House had knowingly distorted intelligence that Iraq tried to obtain uranium from Africa.

The column triggered a lengthy federal investigation into the Plame leak and resulted in the 2007 conviction of a top vice presidential aide, I. Lewis “Scooter” Libby, for perjury and obstruction of justice. President George W. Bush later commuted Libby’s prison term.

Rest in Peace Robert Novak.

I previously decided not to post anything about Michael Jackson after news about Michael Jackson’s Ghost came out. The reason I took this decision was because its about time we let him rest in peace. Its been more than 15 days since his death and still the media is cashing out from the news of his death. This is the reason I didn’t post anything about MJ’s Memorial service. I wanted to give it all a rest. But yes, something kept buzzing me in my head regarding why Michael Jackson’s body was not shown in his memorial service and I am sure almost all of you have the same question. Now our questions are partailly answered regarding how MJ’s body looked.

But it looks like the family members of Michael Jackson viewed the open casket the night before the MJ’s Memorial Service. The close family members viewed MJ’s body when they were gathered at Forest Lawn in the Hollywood Hills.

David Fossett, one of Michael Jackson’s cousin who is currently 50(same age as MJ), grew up with Michael and still lives in Jackson’s hometown of Gary, said,”He looked like himself. He looked like he just was laying there sleeping, he looked peaceful.”

Fossett also said,”Relatives gathered around the casket, talked to each other and cried.” But Michael Jackson’s parents Katherine Jackson and Joe Jackson were both not present there.
