I am sure many of you would have heard about the Botox Mom story. The Botox Mom, Sheena Upton aka Kerry Campbell hit the headlines for injecting Botox for her 8-year-old daughter. Looks like the whole story is a lie spun by The Sun to make a few bucks according to the botox mom’s declaration.

TMZ has obtained a sworn declaration written by Sheena Upton, who claims she was recently approached by the British tabloid, The Sun, and asked “to play the role of Kerry Campbell” for a story called “I Give My 8-Year-Old Daughter Botox.”

Upton now confesses The Sun paid her $200 adding, “I was provided with the story, instructions and a script to follow for a recorded interview.”

After the story ran in The Sun, Upton says she was approached by “Good Morning America” and “Inside Edition” and claims she was offered  “a large fee” to appear on camera.  She went on both shows and re-told her story.

After the interview, child welfare officials took Upton’s daughter away.

Upton now admits in her declaration, “The truth is I have never given my daughter Botox, nor allowed her to get any type of waxing, nor is she a beauty pageant contestant.”

Upton says professionals agree with her declaration, because on May 17, she took her daughter to the UCLA Medical Center and says, “After my daughter received a full medical exam, the results indicated that she has not ever received treatments including Botox or other such injections.”

We’re told the UCLA reports were forwarded to child welfare officials, who then returned Upton’s daughter to her, with the provison that a cousin would stay with her and the child for the time being.

As for “Good Morning America” — sources connected with Upton claim she was promised $10,000 to appear.  We do not know how much she was offered for “Inside Edition.”

As for the declaration — signed under penalty of perjury — we’re told Upton wrote it so her lawyer can secure full rights to custody of her daughter.

An ABC News insider tells TMZ, “There is no truth to the story about compensation, but they did pay a broker no more than $10,000 to license photos.”

Wow, how sick can people get? Looks like money always does its job well in bringing the worst out of people. When people say The Sun did something like this, it doesn’t really surprise me. The Sun is a tabloid that has a reputation of such crap.The Sun continues to decline it made up the story.

Zsa Zsa Gabor's right leg amputated

Actress Zsa Zsa Gabor’s right leg, which was infected with gangrene, has been amputated in a life-saving surgery her doctors have deemed a success.  She is in “frail health” and will be closely monitored in a Los Angeles hospital, Dr David Rigberg said.

Gabor was hospitalised on 2 January after attempts to save her leg with antibiotics proved unsuccessful.

The 93-year-old has been admitted to hospital a number of times since breaking her hip in July.

“Ms Gabor needed an amputation above her knee due to poor circulation and a large ulcerated area on her right leg,” said Dr Rigberg, an associate professor of vascular surgery at Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles.

“The surgery today went well, however, she is in frail health so we will continue to monitor her closely,” he said, adding that after consulting with Ms Gabor’s husband, Frederic Prinz von Anhalt, he felt amputation was the best decision.
Multiple hospital visits

Gabor had been hospitalised several times for swelling in her legs and blood clots throughout her body, following a hip replacement surgery this summer.

She was readmitted to hospital in the new year because a wound in her right leg had grown and “wasn’t healing any more”, her publicist John Blanchette said earlier this month.

Gabor had reportedly been bedridden in recent months.

She was in critical condition and had asked for a priest during a trip to the hospital in August, but Gabor soon recovered and was sent home.

The veteran actress was partially paralysed in a car accident in 2002 and suffered a stroke in 2005, forcing her to use a wheelchair.

Gabor starred in the films Moulin Rouge, Touch of Evil and Queen of Outer Space, among others.

Ed McMahon the announcer of  NBC’s late night talk show, The Tonight Show dies due to health problems. He was well know for the word  “Here’s Jonny”.  During his death he was surrounded by his Family members.  Apart from NBC’s late night talk show  Ed McMahon also worked as a host  for TV talent search.

His publicist, Howard Bragman, said McMahon died on Tuesday at the Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center .It was  reported that Ed McMahon died due to  Multitude of health problems. “He was a gifted artist and its  a sad mourning for us” reported by other celebrities.

McMahon was born in 1923 in Detroit, Michigan. After school he did graduation in Electrical Engineering. He went to attend National Duty for his country during world war II. McMahon was a Marine Corps fighter pilot but spent much of his service working as an instructor and test pilot. And again later he was called for the duty in Korean duty.

After the war, McMahon returned home and got his big break on ABC daytime show Who Do You Trust?. McMahon was the announcer alongside rising star and host, Johnny Carson.The pair teamed up again, four years later in 1962, this time on NBC’s late night talk show, The Tonight Show. Their on-screen partnership lasted 30 years.

Ed McMahon will be remembered by all the people in the world for his contribution towards Nation and Entertainment field.
