Dad’s Forgetfulness cost an Italian Toddler Life

An Italian Toddler, aged just 22 months, died today due to the forgetfulness of his father.

The father who is a professor of veterinary medicine, thought he had dropped his daughter in a day care before locking her in the car for 3 days.

OMG! Where were the mother! Didn’t it come to his mind to contact nursery and inquire about his daughter well being. He just assumed he left her at nursery and didn’t cared to call her for 3 days.

The mother “Chiara Sciarrini”, appealed for understanding for her spouse. She told Italian media that what had happened to him “could have happened to anyone”.

“I want to shout to the entire world how much my companion loved his daughter. He is an exemplary father,” said the mother, who is eight months pregnant.

“Everything was supposed to be perfect and I wasn’t supposed to worry,” she said, sorrowfully. “He was supposed to bring Elena to day-care and I was supposed to stay home and rest,” Sciarrini said, adding “his little girl adored him.”

Prosecutors are due to decide whether to charge him with manslaughter.
