Chris Brown Arrested for Assault?

According to some reports Chris Brown has been arrested in Washington D.C. for assault on Sunday morning.

There is yet to be a confirmation on this from Chris Brown’s rep. But he should be out by now. The story is that Chris Brown got into an argument outside the W Hotel with another male and the incident got physical when Chris Brown lost his cool and punched the guy. Well at least this isn’t new for Chris Brown, he is very comfortable in punching ladies itself.

He was taken into custody for felony assault around 4:30 a.m., according to TMZ.

The other party is reportedly being evaluated at a local hospital.

If this turns out to be true, this could mean major trouble for Chris Brown as he is already in probation for beating ex-girlfriend Rihanna.

UPDATE:

Chris Brown is arrested and is in jail right now, a police spokesperson had confirmed to GossipCop. 35-year-old Chris Hollosy, was also arrested on the same charge, with some outlets identifying him as Brown’s bodyguard, but police could not confirm their association.

The victim “sustained injuries,” and was reportedly evaluated at a local hospital.

Both Brown and Hollosy are expected to remain in jail until an arraignment on Monday, though that is subject to change.
