Designation: Technical Support Engineer /Sr. Technical Support Engineer
1) The Engineer will perform the functions and responsibilities of a front line technician in a voice based international call center with VOIP as the primary platform.
2) The person would be responsible for handling technical issues related to Networking (Basic Aspects) Hardware Operating systems and VOIP adapters.
