Women have a larger variety to chose from when it comes to formal dressing. If you’re slim and slender, long professional dresses look extremely elegant. But since we are talking about dresses, short, much above the knee length put across a not so great impression. Keep them subtle and in professional colors. Grey, black, white, purple and maroon look extremely classy. Women with a heavier built can look into suits and shirt and pant combinations as well. The footwear needs to be comfortable to give you a sense of confidence while you walk up to your employers. If you choose to wear very long heels. you might get scared of tripping. While plain flat sandals could make you look too short. Comfort is the key here.

Things to Remember

  1. Keep your clothes ironed and ready a night before the interview is scheduled.

  2. Make sure they aren’t extremely bright in color; not something that hurts the eye.

  3. Keep it professional and elegant.

  4. Do not over match and over do.

  5. Do not over accessorize for the sake of filling up your presentation and personality.
