Selfies are Good for you – Claims Psychologists

Who would have thought that taking and posting selfies can be good for you? Well that is exactly what a couple of psychologists are claiming to be true.

FYI – Selfie is a picture that you take of yourself by yourself.

Why?

The reason seems to be that taking in a selfie puts you in control of how you want your picture taken, unlike the way it wasn’t previously.

This means you are putting yourself in places that will help you boost you self-esteem among you friends.

Lets say you got a selfie of yourself with the President? Now, isn’t that something that you did by yourself being in complete control of how you want your picture to be plus when you share it and people you know ‘like’ it, you’re a hero.

What else makes us feel better than being important.

Hey do you know that “Selfie” was even named “word of the year” by the Oxford English Dictionary.

Undoubtedly, Selfie is one of the biggest taking points of 2013.
