Daniel Bryan Neck Injury

WWE World Heavyweight Champion Daniel Bryan had a successful neck surgery last Thursday and is recovering well. But that might not be enough as it is rumored that he might be out of action for few months to recover completely.

Neck Injury is one of the common and worst injury that a wrestler faces in his life which impacts his wrestling career, his styles and his moves on the ring.

It is to be noted that many WWE superstars such as Stone Cold Steve Austin, Kurt Angle, Test, Rhyno and John Cena had neck surgery in their career which forced them to change the way they perceive their career.

Wrestlers like these and Daniel Bryan included, do not care about themselves but rather care for the excitement they give their fans by throwing their body all across the ring which is the major cause of neck injury.

Given Bryan’s  trademark move “the diving headbutt”, there is no doubt on the cause of his injury.

Daniel Bryan, started his wrestling career at 1999 and has reached his career peak last year when he entered into feud with the Authority Triple H and his wife Stephanie McMahon.

On RAW last week, Stephanie McMahon gave some major hints on Daniel Bryan and the possible story line where he might be stripped out of his championship citing medical reasons. However, she quickly reiterated her statement that Daniel Bryan would himself come to RAW the coming Monday and would turn his title to her.

I would say, Bryan should change his style, probably focusing on pinballing around the ring less more than anything.  He deserves a nice life after wrestling, so I hope he doesnt spoil it with  life threatening injuries.

What do you think folks? Will you miss the champ?
