England Players celebrate after Indian win

England has successfully won the ODI series against India. With this win, England has made sure to overthrown India to the 5th place in the ODI rankings.

The English Summer will probably be the worst summer for the Indian team and its fans as India failed to win a single match against England in England.

England whitewashed India 4-0 in Test matches, whitewashed India in the lone T20 match and again Whitewashed India in ODIs 3 – 0 out of 5 ODIs where 1 ODI was called off and the other was resulted in a tie.

I will definitely bet my money on England to be the No 1 team in the Test for many months to come as England looked solid in all parts of the game.

I admire the bravo of Dhoni. He missed 7 key performers from his team but still he went on to challenge England.

Coming back to the ODI wins, the credit for the English win will be deserved by the Rain as Rain played spoilsport in most of the games resulting in D/L method victory for England.

But still win is a win. Congrats to England for showing character all over the series and Congrats to India as well for challenging England to the core.
