The British police are on the lookout for a thief who seems to be inspired by the fairy tale character “Goldilocks”. He breaks into houses, eats the available food, takes a good nap before robbing electronics and other stuffs from the house.

Essex detectives said they were trying to trace Jesse Dobinson who is suspected of carrying out two burglaries at a house in Wickford, northeast of London, in February and March.

“On both occasions beds in the property were slept in and food eaten before items, including electrical goods, were stolen,” police said in a statement.

But this guy is not good as the fairy tale character because he is wanted in a assault and knifepoint robbery case.

Maybe he also dresses up like Goldilocks, maybe that is the reason he has been able to slip unsuspectingly. I mean who would give a second look at a grown-up man dressed up as Goldilocks ?

Maybe, this thief is actually trying to send a message to the community and we’re dumb enough not to get it, yet!

Buffalo Shootout- Police in Action!

Posted by Shane On August - 14 - 2010ADD COMMENTS

Eight people leaving a party at a downtown Buffalo restaurant were shot early Saturday, four of them fatally, including a Texas man who had returned to his hometown to celebrate his first wedding anniversary, police said.

Managers had decided to close the City Grill in the city’s business district after an altercation inside. The victims were leaving at about 2:30 a.m. when gunfire erupted, police said.

“There were verbal things going on. Management apparently chose to close down and have everybody leave the restaurant,” Chief of Detectives Dennis Richards said. “People were leaving when this shooting happened.”

Investigators did not know how many shooters there were and asked for witnesses to speak up.

“We need people to come forward,” said Police Commissioner Daniel Derenda, who estimated there were 100 people at the scene when police arrived.

The group was attending a party in advance of a more formal anniversary celebration scheduled for later Saturday, authorities said. The couple, a 30-year-old man and his wife, married in Texas a year ago and had returned to celebrate with Buffalo-area friends and family, authorities said. The wife was not injured.

“An occasion that should have been a joyous one, a happy one, turned tragic,” Mayor Byron Brown said.

Late Saturday morning, police converged on a Buffalo house and brought one man out in handcuffs. Police would not say whether it was related to the shootings.

The dead included two men, the 30-year-old and a 26-year-old, and two women, who were 27 and 32, Richards said. Three were pronounced dead at the scene and the fourth died at a hospital.

Authorities did not release the victims’ identities. Raymond Wilhite said his 32-year-old daughter, Tiffany Wilhite, was among those killed.

“A senseless, random killing,” said Wilhite, who returned to the restaurant a few hours after the shooting. “This kind of thing just has to stop.”

The other woman was identified by her mother as Shawntia McNeil, who was Wilhite’s cousin.

“There’s no words to explain how I feel,” McNeil’s mother, Ruby Martin, said. “She got along with everybody. She knows a lot of people. She didn’t deserve to be killed. I’m pretty sure it wasn’t intended for her.”

Authorities say the four wounded were all men. One was in critical condition at a Buffalo hospital Saturday afternoon. Two were in stable condition and one was in good condition.

Tommy Dates, 35, of Buffalo, said he was at the bar area of the restaurant with his friends when he noticed a party had broken up. He said people started leaving the restaurant but rushed back inside a few minutes later.

“A lot of people were real upset, just trying to get out of the way,” Dates said at the scene about two hours after the shootings. “Everyone was in a panic.”

A message left for the restaurant’s owners was not immediately returned.

Three covered bodies lay in front of the restaurant for several hours, one of them on the sidewalk across the street. About 20 people stood behind yellow crime scene tape, some trying to console grief-stricken relatives and friends.

The window of an office next to the Main Street restaurant was shattered, as was glass at a subway stop across the street.

“Nobody knows why,” Martin said. “Somebody else was just shooting in a crowd.”

The Cyco who was just slaying human for a whole lot of  14 years has been caught by the police in Los Angeles.

Lonnie Franklin Jr “Grim Sleeper”., 57, was charged with 10 counts of murder, one count of attempted murder and special circumstance allegations of multiple murders that could make him eligible for the death penalty if convicted, District Attorney Steve Cooley said.

Detectives have spent years investigating slayings between 1985 and 2007 in which the killer targeted young black women and one man. The attacker was dubbed the “Grim Sleeper” because he apparently took a 14-year hiatus from his crimes, from 1988 to 2002.

Its a shocker to start with. A huge amount of money is just missing .  And to the top of it , the money which is  missing is not from  bar or club or shop. Its missing from the property room of the  police department itself.

According to a press statement, “The Michigan State Police began an audit of some possible discrepancies into monies received by the Muskegon Heights Police Department. As a result of the ongoing audit, detectives believe that monies are missing from the property room of the police department.” Besides the press statement, the Michigan state officials declined to divulge any more information, as their investigation is still on.

I Definitely think there must have been  some serious plotting  to carry out such plans under the nose of the  police department itself!!!

Michael Jackson Death Investigation Complete

Posted by Tommy On January - 8 - 2010ADD COMMENTS

TMZ just posted this news….

The LAPD investigation into Michael Jackson‘s death has been completed and the case will go to the D.A. within weeks, law enforcement sources tell TMZ … and, we’re told, it’s all but certain Dr. Conrad Murray will be criminally charged in MJ’s death.

Our sources say detectives completed their investigation late last month and the case will be formally presented to the Los Angeles County District Attorney as soon as scheduling allows. Turns out … the presentation will draw quite the crowd. A number of members of the LAPD and the D.A.’s office will be present, and finding a date when everyone can show is a little tricky … but we’re told it will happen in a matter of weeks.

One very informed source says the LAPD investigation was “exhaustive” and “extremely thorough” and the D.A. has enough evidence to pull the trigger on a criminal case against Dr. Murray. That said, we’re told the case is complicated, in part because Dr. Murray did not break any laws in administering Propofol to Jackson.

One law enforcement source connected with the case notes the D.A. has been actively working with the LAPD and it’s all but certain the case will be filed. As for the charge — a decision has not been made, but our sources say the likelihood is involuntary manslaughter, which requires a showing of gross negligence.

MJ’s Doctor Missing ?

26jackson_2-600The sudden death of the King Of Pop has sent shock waves around the world. The Los Angeles police have already started investigating the nature of the death of Michael Jackson.

The police were unable to contact Michael Jackson’s personal doctor whose name was not disclosed by the police. The police have impounded the doctor’s car and the doctor has not yet made any contact to recover his car.

It is reported that Michael Jackson died just minutes after the doctor injected a pain killer after Mr.Jackson suffered a cardiac arrest.

“We need to conduct further interviews and the car might contain medications or other evidence that could assist the coroner,” Amanda Betat, a Los Angeles Police spokeswoman said.

Ms. Betat said that the doctor, whose name the police department did not release, “has not come to claim his vehicle.” She said that detectives spoke with the doctor briefly on Thursday about the pop singer before taking his car.
