Infosys hunts for Murthy’s Successor

Infosys, India’s no 2 software company is looking for a new chairman from 2011. Presently, N.R. Narayana Murthy is the Chairman and chief mentor of Infosys software technologies in India.His term ends in January 2011.

The board members are now on the hunt to replace him with new person. Who is it?

One of the sources said  “It has to start at the right time. The normal time for discussing such replacements is around two quarters ahead of the departure of the person, which is what the plan is,” .

Definitely the person replacing Mr.Murthy must have to handle the crisis circulating Infosys and its employee problems.
